More leaked shots! This time a bit more direct and revealing it has to be said. The images are of supposed parts for a new iPod Touch. The parts show off a white colour scheme, which wouldn't be out of place for the iPod Touch given that there are white versions of the both the iPad and iPhone (barely in the latter's case). A new white iPod Touch would fit in rather nicely with that.
Interestingly enough the current rumour mill has it that any new iPod Touch announced this year stands a good chance of receiving little more than a cosmetic update. Concord Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kup explained that the "... iPhone and iPad have higher priority to get shared components of iOS devices when the supply chain is tight (especially after the Japan quake)". He continued by saying that this would mean no update on the specs for the iPod Touch this year. Apple, it seems, prefers giving priority to the iPhone and iPod when the supply chain is under pressure, which is very likely in all honest since they are the devices leading its charge on the smartphone and tablet markets respectively.

Leaked shots of new handsets are usually less than stellar in quality. Blurryness, obscured viewing and general lack of clarity are the hallmarks of the leaked handset picture. This picture of the unannounced HTC Ruby that popped up on Flickr fits the bill nicely then!
The handset itself isn't actually the mainstay of the picture, but rather shown in the reflection of the screen of the HTC Flyer. As such it's hard to glean much information from this shot, but there is a little to be learned nevertheless. For instance the handset has a 3.5mm jack, a camera with dual LED flash setup and that's your lot. None of the juicy stuff is on display here so you will just have to be patient and wait for another spy shot ... oh ... or the announcement of course!
