Morning Paper has posted photos and some info on a new Motorola device – this is an upcoming smartphone codenamed Nelson. According to the source, it is powered by Windows Mobile 6 OS, has a 2-megapixel camera, an expansion slot for miniSD cards and Bluetooth interface – all in an ultra-slim form. Motorola Nelson works in CDMA EV-DO networks.
Reportedly, the smartphone is meant for business users, first of all. The price tag is about $149.

HTC announced that the Asian sales of HTC Touch communicator would be launched in Taiwan: it will start from Chunghwa Telecom in mid June. The device is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Professional. Its TouchFLO interface enables finger control instead of the stylus.
HTC Touch features a 2.8” touchscreen display (240x320 pixels, 65K colors), 64 MB RAM, 128 MB ROM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 2-megapixel camera. The price makes up 15900 Taiwanese dollars (about 480 USD). The sales in the US are scheduled for the end of 2007.

A world release of LG-KU250 phone has taken place. The model won “3G for all” award by GSMA (GSM Association) and was exhibited at 3GSM Congress 2007. 12 biggest mobile operators picked the device as the best solution to bring 3G-services to wider public.
The official release doesn’t contain the list of specs. However some preliminary info suggests that the phone supports tri-band GSM and UMTS networks, has a 1.76” 176x220 pixels display, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a VGA-camera for video telephony and a microSD slot. The price level is said to be affordable. LG-KU250 will come to the markets of Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia this month.
