KV-K100 by KTF Technologies: another slim phone record    [ 20-03-2006 08:59 ]

Author: Serge Novikov   Source: The Korea Times     Translation by:    Send news to friend  Discuss in forum

Last Sunday the South Korean company KTF Technologies announced the release of its new phone KV-K100, which is claimed to be currently the slimmest handset, just 7.9 mm thick.

The sales of the KV-K100 (the code name “No. 7”) designed for KTF networks, should start this week at some $412. Small dimensions and weight (60 g) haven’t affected the functionality of the model: a 1-megapixel camera, an MP3-player, 165 MB of internal memory. Unfortunately the phone supports only CDMA networks, however the company said to prepare a similar model for GSM networks.
