Apple's victory in getting Samsung's Galaxy Tab banned from sale in the European Union and Australia whilst court proceedings continue is illiciting some controversey. Apple supplied documents to its European lawyers, which were given to the judge in the case to help form his judgement. It is those images that are causing the broohaha.
The iPad, both 1 and 2, have a screen, which supports an aspect ratio of 4:3. The Galaxy Tab on the other hand features a screen with an aspect ratio of 16;10. Now where the controversey lies is in the fact that the images contained in Apple's document show the iPad has having pretty much the same dimensions as the Galaxy Tab. The obvious inference here is that the image has been doctored to make the two devices seem more alike than they really are. Check out the image below and compare the sizes.
