It's the day of the X handsets, first with the Sony Ericsson X2 and now with the Nokia X3 and X6. Let's look at the X3 first. It's not a smartphone rather it's part of Nokia's music range and runs S40 and is in fact the first Ovi enabled S40 device. The handset comes packaged with integrated stereo speakers, includes a FM radio and a 3.2 MP camera. The handset isn't at the high-end of the spectrum, but it should fit nicely into the mid-range and bolster Nokia's portfolio there. One glaring omission, like the touchscreen 5350 before it, is 3G, instead the X3 relies on EDGE for data. The spec list includes:
Next we have the X6, another music device from Nokia. This is an altogether more powerful beast than the X3, packing in a 5 MP camera, 32 GB of storage and a capacitive touchscreen. The X6 will be a Comes With Music only handset, meaning that you won't be able to purchase it without also paying the premium for the Comes With Music service. Of course Ovi support is included and Nokia are apparently throwing in a free copy of Spore to boot! The X6 isn't totally disimilar to the 5800 although packing a bigger wallop and given the massive storage and better camera might just give Comes With Music the push it needs to finally be called a success. A release date of Q4 is being banded around with a price tag of around 460 euros, so it won't be cheap. Specs wise the X6 features the following:

Well the wait is finally over, Sony Ericsson have finally announced the much leaked X2. It's the successor to last year's X1 and is again sporting WinMo, this time the 6.5 variety. The new smartphone retains the same basic design as the X1 with a pull out keyboard and of course the XPERIA panels interface, which has seen a bit of a revamp with some new panels added. The customer service side of things stays the same with a very high level of service included in the purchase price. There is a dedicated XPERIA technical team to help customers and customers whose handsets breakdown abroad will receive a replacement device.
Spec-wise the X2 is a step up from the X1 with the following features:
Availability will be in select markets to begin with, starting next quarter. Let's take a look at some pictutres of the X2 ...
