iPhone NDA dropped by Apple    [ 01-10-2008 22:50 ]

Author: Serge Novikov   Source: pcmag     Translation by: Administrator    Send news to friend  Discuss in forum

The NDA, put in place, by Apple, which required developers, to sign, in order to publish applications for the app store, has been dropped. Basically, when the NDA was put in place, it was intended, so that, if a developer's app was  accepted, or rejected by Apple, the developer would not be at liberty topublically discuss why their application was accepted/rejected. So, in the long run, developers can now get busy creating applications, without fear of their apps being rejected, which would be a waste of development time. To add to that, that developers would not be permitted to create applications, that were similar to those pre-installed in the iPhone/iPod Touch.
