Nokia has shown another video of their hotly anticipated S60 Touch UI, which will first appear on their 5800 XpressMedia Tube handset. Obviously, the UI looks to be entirely finger-driven, so it's odd that the 5800 Tube was shown next to a stylus yesterday. It appears that the touch functions – swiping and the like, won't be as sophisticated, as its obvious rival – the iPhone, but it is sure to improve over time. That's not to say it's not impressive in its own eyes, because it is, as you can see for yourself below.

Greystripe has released data of their 800 games, and in-game advertisements are still a hit it seems, with the click-through rate totalling 10.1% worldwide, which equates to a significant six times higher than in mobile advertising. Keeping with advertised-based games, 65 million games have been downloaded by users since 2006.
Interestingly, they have quite a lot of female gamers – more than one would think - there is only a 20% gap between American Male and Female gamers (60 and 40% respectively). Not surprisingly, the highest age demographic worldwide is the 18-24 range – making up for a total of 47%, with the lowest demographic being the 55+ range, to little surprise.

Despite the new iPhone arriving with a reduced pricetag on the previous version, with added features, HTC don't seem too bothered by it, it seems. They say it won't affect sales of their devices, such as the Diamond. For Instance, HTC's Touch handset is priced a bit below the 3G iPhone's $199 pricetag – even free on some contracts, so they can be seen as direct rivals in that respect. The same could be said for the Touch Diamond and 3G iPhone, which bear several similarities. HTC will have the advantage in terms of these two handsets, as the Diamond has already been released, and the 3G iPhone has not, and once again, the Diamond will be free on most contracts and the iPhone will range from $199-$299, depending on if you get the 8G or 16GB version.
