We’ve got some details on a kind of mobile device Sidekick Shuriken dubbed as the Sidekick 4. This device is made by Sharp unlike the other Sidekick Slide by Motorola. It is equipped with a 3” widescreen display, a QWERTY-keyboard and a microSD slot. It measures 130x61x17.9 mm.
According to Hiptop3, the Sidekick Shuriken will pioneer the American market on the first place, then come to the Australian market. Taking into account the picture above, the European release (Germany) is scheduled for 4Q 2007. Unfortunately, there are no more details at the moment.

The Belgian communications company Option N.V. announced today that the Dutch operator KPN unveiled to its business clients a broadband wireless data card – GlobeTrotter EXPESS 7.2. Offered under operator’s brand ‘Mobiel Internet Kaart 720 or MIK 720” it is designed for data tariffs.
The GlobeTrotter EXPRESS 7.2 can be plugged to ExpressCard slot, supports tri-band HSDPA / UMTS and quad-band EDGE / GSM at the currently maximum downlink data transfer speed – up to 1.8 Mbps. After the KPN network upgrade, the speeds with the card will jump twofold – up to 3.6 Mbps.
