Mio Technology will unveil three new GPS-navigators at IFA 2007 show in Berlin: the C230, C620 and C620t. The C620 and C620t are equipped with a 4.3” touch sensitive display and will come with new software MioMap 2008, which contains latest 3D maps Tele Atlas. The C620t differs from the C620 in the support of TMC function (online traffic info).


Mio C230 is a successor of the C220, a simple low-end solution. It is supplied with MioMap 3 software, containing 22 Tele Atlas maps of Western Europe. The 3 navigators work on 400 MHz processors and 20-channel SiRFstarIII GPS chipsets.

Today Samsung Telecommunications America officially announced the availability of its SGH-T729 phone codenamed Blast from the American operator T-Mobile. Its main advantage is a QWERTY-keyboard, so the users get the opportunity to enter lots of messages (text and e-mail) with more comfort.

New software version for Nokia N93i multimedia smartphone has come out. The product has become available in stores in the beginning of this year, this is an update of Nokia N93, which can record video at DVD quality.

The users who got new software update for Nokia N93i mention the support of Bluetooth stereo profile A2DP. This update isn’t compatible with the original Nokia N93. You can download the new software update from Nokia’s site.

The Mobile Idnes has posted live pics of Samsung SGH-P520 phone, which isn’t officially introduced by the manufacturer. There is some preliminary info on the specs of the new phone.

 

Samsung SGH-P520 is equipped with a touchscreen display and doesn’t have a keypad, it might successfully compete with Apple iPhone and LG Prada. The device features GSM/EDGE networks, a 2.3” QVGA-display, 50 MB of internal memory, a microSD slot, a 3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless modules. At the same time the P520 stands out for a compact size: 88x54x8.9 mm.
