An unusual product can be acquired at the eBay auction: in fact this is just another iPhone-clone. Given its description the device is powered by Windows XP (!). But unlike the original iPhone it has a numerical keypad in the bottom part of the phone. In addition, there is a stylus pen.
The specs of the phone:
The one who offered the device for sale persuades would-be buyers not to wait for the release of the original iPhone and get the same product for just $500 (the current price at the auction).

The FCC site (the US Federal Communications Commission) has posted the info on an upcoming MOTO PEBL U3e phone. The device is made as a clamshell with two displays. There is little info on the specs so far – GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks, a camera and a miniUSB connector. MOTO PEBL U3e supports Push To Talk and Push To View services.
I’d remind you that the previous model Motorola U6 PEBL debuted in February 2005. It featured a 176x220x262K color display, a VGA-camera and Bluetooth support, while the FCC materials didn’t mention Bluetooth for MOTO PEBL U3e.

LG has introduced a mobile phone concept with dual touchscreens. This is a clamshell phone without a conventional keypad, instead a numerical or QWERTY keyboard appear on the touchscreen. Besides there are dynamic icons that move around, when you tap on them. The company hasn’t provided more details or the availability info.
However LG hasn’t pioneered the market with its phone. For example, early this year NTT DoCoMo announced Mitsubishi D800iSD, which also had two displays – a touchscreen one to be used as a keyboard or for handwritten text input.
