Purported Next Gen iPhone Specs Leaked    [ 12-05-2009 16:18 ]

The hype surrounding the next generation of iPhone grew a good bit louder today with the release of purported specifications and a sceenshot of the new iPhone supposedly being released by Apple sometime this summer. The screenshot and the specifications both appeared on Chinese mobile forum weiphone. According to the information posted the new device will feature the following:

• 600MHz CPU (current iPhone has a 400MHz chip)
• 256MB RAM (current iPhone features 128MB)
• Digital Compass and FM
• 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus
• 32GB size
• Model #: MB717LL

The battery and screen as well as the casing are said to be generally the same as current models. The screenshot posted on the Chinese forum is included below:
