This is extremely thin slider with thickness of 17.9 mm and weight of 99 grams. It is run by Symbian OS version 9.2 (S60 3rd Edition Feature Package 1) and supports HSDPA. The technology allows exchanging data with the speed of up to 1.8 MB/s. Besides, the i520 is equipped with a sensory keypad. Also the device is equipped with a 2MP camera, Bluetooth, 2.3" wide-screen display, which is capable of showing the whole web-page. The phone interface uses improved Vodafone UI (TPP VCP) adapted for Symbian/S60.
