Opera Mini, the world's most popular mobile phone Web Browser, has seen the first Beta release, of the 4.2 version, with this beta release focusing on giving the user a more personalised  experience. By that, it offers many improvements on its predecessor, such as individual skins, improved support for video service sites, such as Youtube, as well as improvements for Opera Link - which enables users to synch data, such as bookmarks, notes, as well as previously visited Web sites, between Opera Mini, and the Desktop version of Opera. Opera claims twenty million individual users browse the Web on their mobile handset, with Opera Mini, which is quite the feat. You can download the beta for yourself, here.
