There was introduced a new handset by Sony Ericsson in the framework of KDDI’s summer collection – the W53S. This is a clamshell phone with the support of storage cards, the format is customary for Sony Ericsson, i.e. Memory Stick Duo.

Panasonic W52P stylish handset for KDDI au    [ 22-05-2007 14:59 ]

Today Panasonic introduced its second handset this year for Japan’s operator KDDI au. The company ceased the shipments for the operator 5 years ago. The new model is called the W52P and stands out for design. The manufacturer marks metallic details and interchangeable shell panels, 7 types of them match to 3 shell color solutions. Besides the handset features an automatic opening mechanism, which has become the standard for the company’s folding phones.

We’ve recently mentioned a Sony Ericsson communicator under the codename Lizy (M610i). This is an upcoming model to follow after the M600i. The device is said to pass the FCC scrutiny. And now we have live pics of the communicator in the Internet, the source says these are the fist true photos of Sony Ericsson Lizy.

As for the specs there is not much info so far: GSM 900/1800/1900 and UMTS networks, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless modules, UIQ 3.0 platform, Symbian 9.1 OS.
