Nokia has posted profiles of a Vertu phone supporting WCDMA 3G networks. Unlike the original Vertu Ascent the new product will get a 240x320 pixel display. Besides the rumors suggest that the 3G Vertu has been developed for the Japanese market and will come out there late in 2008.
As for the original Vertu Ascent, it’s a premium class handset. It debuted in 2005, and got several modifications and color solutions. This is a candy bar device with a 116x148 pixel display.
